How a package arrives — read this first
Nothing is installed. You get two deliveries: the container, a used box exactly as described on its product page, set on your ground by tilt-bed truck; and the kit, each part in its own box by parcel from the accessory supplier, usually within a week. You put it together — the lock box bolts through the door bars, brackets and hooks hang on the corrugation, lights mount with the hardware in the box; a vent is the one cut (an opening in the wall panel with a grinder or a metal-blade jigsaw, half an hour each). An afternoon with a drill and a step ladder. A package is a shopping list and a plan, priced as one, not a finished build.

Why a container shop
320 square feet of steel-walled, lockable floor, delivered in a week, for less than the slab under a stick-built shop. Hang shelves on the corrugation without drilling, run one cord in for power, and the doors swing wide enough for a mower or a motorcycle. One-trip boxes are the choice if the shop will be seen from the house.
The door question
The cargo doors work for most people. If you want a roll-up side door or a man door with a window, those are weld-in kits that ship by freight and need a welder for an afternoon — we quote them with the container rather than add them at checkout. Mention it in the order notes and the number comes with your confirmation.
Setting a shop floor
Level matters more here than anywhere: a jack and blocks after the first month, on a gravel pad or concrete pads under the corner castings. The truck needs about 100 ft of straight run and 14 ft overhead for a 40ft.
