Privacy Policy

The short version

Longleaf Containers (a trade name of EZ Biz Services LLC) sells shipping containers and accessories that are delivered by independent suppliers and carriers. We collect what we need to price, confirm and deliver your order, we pass the delivery details to the supplier and carrier who fulfil it, and we do not sell your details to anyone. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

What we collect

What you enter when you price, order or enquire: your name, phone number, email address, delivery ZIP code and address, the container or accessories you chose, site notes and any message you add. Stripe collects your card details directly and gives us only a payment reference, the card type and its last four digits. We also receive standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, device type — and, if you arrive from an advertisement, the ad platform may record that visit.

What we do with it

We use your details to show you a delivered price, to confirm your order and delivery window by phone or email, to place the order with the supplier, and to answer questions afterwards. To deliver, we share your name, phone number, delivery address and site notes with the supplier and the carrier it dispatches; they use that information to deliver your container and are bound by their own privacy policies. We keep order records for as long as tax and warranty rules require.

If you send an enquiry for something we cannot supply (a ZIP we do not yet deliver to, a size or service we do not sell), we may refer it to a local container provider who can, and tell you we have done so. We are not paid for referrals and we do not sell contact lists.

Text messages and calls

If you give us a phone number we may call or text you about your order or enquiry, and the carrier may call or text to arrange delivery. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Analytics and cookies

We use standard web analytics and advertising pixels to understand which pages people find useful and how they arrive. These set cookies and may be used to show you advertising elsewhere. Your browser may remember the ZIP code you last priced so the site can show delivered prices without asking again.

Your rights

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it for an order, tax or warranty record. We cannot delete details already passed to a supplier or carrier for a delivery, but we will tell you who received them so you can ask them directly.
