What we collect

What you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the delivery address, the container size and term you selected, the drop location you marked, and any notes. We also receive standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate region, device type.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, arrange delivery with a container yard, and contact you about your rental. We share your name, phone number, delivery address and drop location with the operator assigned to your delivery, because they cannot deliver without it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade your contact details to lead brokers or marketing lists.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number we may text you about your delivery — scheduling, arrival windows, and pickup. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Aerial imagery

The map shown when you mark your drop spot is USDA NAIP imagery, which is public-domain federal aerial photography. It is not a live camera and may be a year or more old.

Analytics

We use standard web analytics to understand which pages people find useful. If you arrive from an advertisement, the ad platform may record that visit.

Getting your data removed

Ask us and we will delete your details, except records we must keep for a completed rental.
