Car & Boat Garage
A dry, locked, lit bay for the car that does not get daily use, or the boat on its trailer. The owner of a project car, a show car, a bass boat or a side-by-side with no garage bay left — in a yard the city will let a container sit in.

How a package arrives — read this first
Nothing is installed. You get two deliveries: the container, a used box exactly as described on its product page, set on your ground by tilt-bed truck; and the kit, each part in its own box by parcel from the accessory supplier, usually within a week. You put it together — the lock box bolts through the door bars, brackets and hooks hang on the corrugation, lights mount with the hardware in the box; a vent is the one cut (an opening in the wall panel with a grinder or a metal-blade jigsaw, half an hour each). An afternoon with a drill and a step ladder. A package is a shopping list and a plan, priced as one, not a finished build.

Measure the door, not the box
Inside a high cube is 39'5" long, 7'8" wide and 8'10" high — but the door opening is 7'8" by 8'5", and that is the limit. A full-size sedan or a pickup with the mirrors folded clears; a dually does not. A 19 ft boat on a single-axle trailer fits with the tongue swung. The plan set's sheet 4 has the clearances; check your vehicle against it before you order.
One-trip if it sits by the house
A wind-and-watertight box is the cheapest dry garage there is, and it looks like a used container. If it sits where the neighbors see it, switch to one-trip on the next page: near-new paint, floor and seals, and the same package.
What arrives and how
The container comes on a tilt-bed and slides off onto the pad; the kit ships by parcel, usually inside a week. Bolt the lock box, cut the one opening for the roof vent, mount the lights, set the ramp against the sill, back it in and chock an axle. A roll-up side door is a weld-in kit we quote with the container.
